They are passionate about feeding their customers hearty, nourishing meals made from whole ingredients that can have a positive impact on their overall mind, body and health. On the menu you will find different vegan salads, vegan burgers, air backed French fries, brunch options, vegan desserts, cakes, pasta’s, juices and more.

The Butchers Daughter

 

 

The Butchers Daughter is a plant-based restaurant, cafe and juice bar in New York City. This place is a real healthy hotspot among healthy food lovers, models and tourist. They treat fruit and vegetables as a butcher. They chop, fillet, and carve fresh produce into healthy vegetarian dishes and press them into pretty juices.

 

They have several locations divided over the country. The menu changes daily and is 100% vegetarian, mostly vegan and gluten-free. If needed they can change a dish to suit dietary restrictions.

 

They buy their produce from local and organic farmers. The fruit and vegetables taste better and it support as well the sustainable community. They designed the menu in a way that you eat with the season. Each month brings new produce and they are highlighted in special dishes, juices and cocktails.

 

 

A few of their dishes are breakfast bowls, buckwheat pancakes, Pad Thai, pizza with vegan cheese, salads, grilled artichoke, juices and more.

 

The Butchers Daughter is one of my favorite healthy hotspots in New York. They serve great food and have a nice interior. The best part is that as good as everything they serve is healthy, fresh made and the extensive options on the menu. I am sure you will like this place.
