26 Grains

26 grains London | Healthy Hotspots

At 26 grains in London they sell porridge in many different flavors. It was the first time I tried porridge and I absolutely loved it. They have many different flavors as banana, cacao, almond butter and rhubarb. Beside porridge they sell savory bowls, muesli bowls and healthy snacks. I really love this place. It’s located on Neal’s Yard. The store is small and cozy. In the summer time they have benches outside. I definitely can recommend this place for a delicious breakfast or lunch.

Wokit serves healthy noodles and rice woks homemade with Asian flavors. You choose a base, fresh vegetables and if you want you can add tofu, meat or fish. They buy their vegetables daily at the Borough market next door. They have courgetti, brown rice, buckwheat and sweet potato noodles. It’s a great place to go if you visit the Borough market. You can enjoy here a fresh gluten-free meal with lots of vegetables. This place is as well perfect if you go with friends who are not into healthy eating. You combine your own wok, you can choose gluten-free noodles, but they have as well normal udon noodles. And for toppings they have many vegetable, meat, tofu and fish options and different home made sauces.

Deliciously Ella Deli

Deliciously Ella is a deli by the famous food blogger Ella Mills aka Deliciously Ella and her fiancé Matt. Deliciously Ella is one of my favorite food blogs, so I was very excited to visit the place.  While I arrived at the Deliciously Ella Deli there was a long queue, but that made visiting this place not less worthy. You can choose from many healthy plant-based cold and warm dishes everything on the menu is plant-based. They serve salads, vegetable stews, soups, toast with avocado, porridge, cold pressed juices, smoothies and delicious healthier desserts.

The-Mae-Deli - Healthy Hotspots

I chose sweet potato, avocado, kale, broccoli, wild rice and some salmon, a green juice and pecan brownie, it tasted great. The food is simple, but healthy and delicious. I honestly must admit that I haven’t tried to make one of her recipes at home, but after tasting her food I definitely got inspired. Ella looks kind and sincere and the way she brings eating healthy looks easy and yummy. After trying her food, I became an even bigger fan. I definitely can recommend this place to anyone who loves a delicious healthy meal. This place is perfect if you suffer from food intolerance everything is fresh, tasty, free from gluten, lactose, sugar, preservatives or any other thing that shouldn’t have been in food. Here you don’t have to worry about what you order you can even splurge and order a delicious chocolate mousse or brownie.
